William Webb
Mr. William H. Webb is the founding Director of Tonnerre Investments. He is also a Consultant to the Altria Group since August 2002. Mr. Webb served as the Chief Operating Officer for Philip Morris Companies Inc. in New York from May 1997 to August 2002. His previous experience includes over 35 years in managing businesses of the Philip Morris group (now Altria Group Inc.) around the World. Since 1984, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Australia and New Zealand region before being appointed in 1987 as Executive Vice Chairman of Philip Morris International in New York. In 1990, he moved to Hong Kong to be the Chairman of Philip Morris Asia/Pacific. In 1997, he assumed the position of the Chief Operating Officer until 2001. Mr. Webb joined Philip Morris in 1966 where he was given the responsibility for the group development in Asia, Australia and Canada. Mr. Webb served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Philip Morris Companies Inc. from August 2001 to August 2002. He was appointed Vice Chairman of Philip Morris Asia and Pacific Inc. in 1974, then Vice Chairman of Philip Morris International in 1975 he became Chairman of Benson & Hedges (Canada) Inc. in 1978. Mr. Webb has been a Director of Macquarie Infrastructure Co. Trust (formerly, Macquarie Infrastructure Assets Llc) since December 2004 and serves as its Presiding Director. He has been an Independent Director of Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC since December 2004 and also serves as its Lead Independent Director. Mr. Webb served as an Independent Director of Pernod-Ricard SA from May 7, 2003 until June 2010. He served as Presiding Director of Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC. He served as a Director of Kraft Foods Inc. from March 2001 to August 2002. He was a Member of a number of Board of Directors, including the International Tennis Hall of Fame and PacWealth Capital. Mr. Webb earned a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne in 1959 and MBA from Columbia University.
Justin Webb
Mr. Webb is a Director and Head of Investments at Tonnerre Investments. He currently serves as a Director for BlackRock Australia and SE Asia. He is also a founding partner and Director of PacWealth Capital, an institutional asset management firm in Papua New Guinea. Justin is the founder of AgriWebb, an Agricultural technology start-up.
Prior to BlackRock, Justin served as the co-portfolio manager of Helix Partners a quantitative global equity hedge fund. Justin's past experience also entails being a co-portfolio manager of the Japan Helix Fund and a Senior Portfolio Manager within the Funds Group of Macquarie Bank. He was the founder and director at PLW Investment Group and served as a Credit Analyst and Trader in the High Grade Credit Division of Lehman Brothers specialising in esoteric products and subordinated debt.
Justin graduated from Harvard University (USA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Hons) and holds an MBA with distinction in asset management from Oxford University (UK) where he was the OBA Scholar.
Marijke Webb
Mrs. Marijke Webb is the head of design and development for Tonnerre Investments. She is the managing director of Wolseley Investments. She has served on the board of Lincoln Center of the Performing Arts and is currently actively involved with a variety of philanthropic directives including the Royal Australian Ballet and the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Research Initiative. Mrs Webb graduated from Lieden University in Holland.
Graeme Arnold
Mr Graeme Arnold is the Company Secretary and CFO of Tonnerre.
Graeme is currently a Senior consultant with Mutual Trust Pty Ltd. Mr Arnold ran his own consulting business G Arnold & Associates Pty Ltd for 3 years from 2006 Graeme has provided Company Secretarial and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) services to private investment groups and families for the past 12 years. Prior to this Mr Arnold was a Senior Associate with PKF Chartered Accountants where he worked in the Audit Division for 15 years from 1980 to 1995. Mr Arnold is a Chartered Accountant and graduated with a Bachelor of Business from RMIT Melbourne in 1979.
Mr Arnold has gained industry experience over a range businesses including investment companies, Property Management, Property developments, Property Purchases and Sales , Rural Activities, Parking, Media , Manufacturing, Mining and Engineering.
